What started as a typical Saturday afternoon quickly became the beginning of our forever. Mike was out celebrating a buddy’s birthday, while Gabby agreed to join her cousin for some mid-day fun only after she was promised it would be just one hour (famous last words). Neither of us expected much — just good company, a few laughs, and then back home, per usual. But a silly joke sparked an instant connection, and before we knew it, we were completely wrapped up in one another.

That “one hour” disappeared in the blink of an eye as conversation flowed effortlessly, laughter came easily, and everything around us slowly seemed to fade away. By the end of the afternoon, we both felt it — that rare, exciting feeling that something special had just begun. From that day on, we couldn’t stop thinking about each other, finding excuses to talk, laugh, and spend more time together. What was meant to be a casual afternoon out with some friends turned into the start of our favorite love story, one filled with joy, laughter, and a whole lot of love.

Saturday, March 21st 2026 will soon hold a very big place in our hearts, but.... We will always remember January 28th, 2023 as the day that changed our lives forever. We’re so grateful that fate had us say yes to that Saturday.
