In a dive bar, on a serendipitous evening, two strangers who had no mutual friends and resided in different states unexpectedly crossed paths and experienced an immediate and unbreakable connection. Some might attribute it to fate, and we wholeheartedly concur.

Our tale began in 2019, when we first encountered each other and swiftly fell in love. Despite both being college students at the time, with Gabrielle attending Boise State and Andrew at the University of Utah, the distance between us posed no hurdle. The regular eight-hour drive between our cities soon became an ordinary part of our lives.

After enduring eight months of a long-distance relationship, Andrew made the bold decision to relocate to Boise, just a few months prior to the outbreak of the pandemic. Rather than driving us apart, the tumultuous nature of life only strengthened the love we have for one another.

Our shared love for adventure and exploration has already led us on incredible journeys. Shortly after moving into our first home together, we embarked on a momentous adventure across five states, exploring six National Parks over the course of two months. We witnessed awe-inspiring views and overcame numerous obstacles, even spending two months living out of our car. It doesn't get any closer than that.

If given the opportunity, we could endlessly reflect on our journey thus far. Currently, life has brought us to one of the most thrilling chapters yet. In January of 2023, Andrew proposed to Gabrielle along the Boise River, with our beloved dog Remi by our side. In June, we joyously purchased our first home. And in June of 2024, we will celebrate our love, surrounded by cherished friends and family.
