On December 5th, 2009, two high school kids sat awkwardly across from each other at an Islands Restaurant in Corona, California. Both of them were dressed for Winter Formal, and neither of them knew anything about the other.

It had all started with a phone call a few days prior, when fifteen-year-old Gabrielle Green (having gotten the number through a mutual friend) asked seventeen-year-old Bryan Richardson to her winter dance.

Yes, in this case, the girl asked the boy.

The two had only briefly met while performing in a community theatre production of Annie Warbucks, but it seemed that they were smitten from the start. Sitting there at dinner, waiting to head off to the dance, the two started a game of "20 Questions"...

...and from there began an eight year journey filled with laughter, tears, love, adventure, family, and coming to understand what makes life "Unforgettable."

...and on December 10th, 2016, the boy finally got to ask the girl to be his, forever!
