Our Wedding

Our story started in the summer of 2021 at Backwater Jacks, a busy lake bar where long shifts, late nights, and nonstop laughter brought us together. What started as a workplace friendship quickly turned into something neither of us could imagine living without. Before long, we were inseparable — taking on life together one adventure at a time. In the beginning, we made a home anywhere we could. We started out in Kylan’s dad’s basement, dreaming about what our future could look like. Soon after, we moved into an apartment in Osage Beach with Kylan’s brother. It wasn’t exactly glamorous — especially after discovering it was full of mold and having to move out quickly — but it taught us how to lean on each other through stressful moments and uncertainty. After a short stay with Kylan’s mom, we found a new apartment in Camdenton and finally started settling into our life together. Then in 2023, we got the biggest surprise and greatest blessing of all: we found out we were expecting our daughter. Shortly after, we made another big move to Washington to start building the life we wanted for our growing family. In 2024, our beautiful daughter, Iris, was born, and our world changed forever. Becoming parents brought us even closer together and gave us a deeper appreciation for the life we were creating side by side. Through every challenge, every move, every late-night conversation, and every new beginning, we continued choosing each other over and over again. In December 2025, we bought our first home — a place filled with love, chaos, dreams, and so many memories already. Now, after years of growing together through every season of life, we are so excited to celebrate the next chapter of our story as we get married on September 12, 2026. Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to celebrate with the people we love most.
