Free pick up and drop off for wedding guests will run in 30 minute increments starting at 1:30 PM and ending at 11:00 PM by the "Wine Shuttle Bus" company from the wedding venue to the Concert Hall and Barrel Tavern at 206 E. 1st St., Hermann, MO 65041. So the estimated pickup times will be 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM for the ceremony. The shuttle will continue to run for the reception and have pickup times of 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. The shuttle will then begin running again to take guests back into town if they wish at 8:00 PM running in 30 minute increments throughout the night until the service ends at 11:00 PM. The reception ends at 9:30 PM but the wedding party will be keeping the party going in town for a bit afterwards.
