The reception will be held in the Carver County Commons. Please reference the Carver County map directory at the bottom of this page, building #14.

Yes! There is parking at the Carver County Fairgrounds and you are more than welcome to leave your car there overnight. We just ask that you pick it up on Sunday if you decide to leave it. Please reference the map directory at the bottom of this page for where to park.

Yes! There will be drivers giving rides to neighboring Waconia towns beginning at 7:00 PM throughout the night. We will have their numbers listed at the reception. Give them a text or call when you are ready to go. Please know that while we have your ride home covered, our drivers do appreciate tips. We cannot wait to spend the day together!!

We have blocks reserved at AmeriVu Inn & Suites in Waconia (a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk from the reception) and AmericInn by Wyndham in Chanhassen (20 minute drive from the reception) booked under River & Gabrielle's Wedding. Let the hotel know you are reserving a room under our block for a discounted rate. They will book up fast! To book under our block you must reserve your room by April 17th 2025. Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is the best airport to fly into! Waconia is about a 40 minute drive from MSP and Chanhassen is about a 20 minute drive from MSP.
