Our Wedding

Luke and Gabby’s story began on July 4, 2017. Gabby had gone to a friend’s house, and, by chance, Luke was there too. They hadn’t met before, but once they started talking, it was as if they’d known each other forever. Hours slipped by, and as Gabby left that night, she turned to her best friend, Jordan, and said, “I think I just met the person I’m going to marry.” Turns out, the saying when you know, you know was true. Over the next couple of years, Luke and Gabby would reconnect here and there, and by 2019, they were officially inseparable. They built a life filled with laughter and adventure, sharing hobbies like hunting, fishing, playing cards, and baking chocolate chip cookies. They have two dogs, Kimber and Ruger. Together, Luke and Gabby made it a priority to travel and make memories. Some of their favorite adventures include trips to Disney World, Las Vegas, and especially their hikes with the dogs at Cummins Falls and camping trips to the stunning Colorado mountains. For Gabby, her favorite thing about Luke is his unwavering support. “Luke is my constant,” she says. “He’s always there when I need him, and I never have to doubt his love. He’s kind, gentle, and everything that is good. I couldn’t imagine life without him.” Luke, on the other hand, cherishes Gabby’s joyful spirit. “I love her laughter, jokes, and her kindness. She’s always thinking of others and making sure everyone is taken care of.” On July 20, 2024, Luke proposed to Gabby with her mother’s wedding band on her father’s farm, a place close to her heart. They celebrated surrounded by family and friends, just as they had always dreamed. Now, they look forward to June 7, 2025, when they will finally say “I do” and start this new chapter together.
