As we have a strict guest list to stay within our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We are trying to keep our wedding intimate and with the most important people in our lives. Thank you for understanding!

The wedding Ceremony and Reception will be outdoors! Wear shoes that you feel comfortable walking in on the grass. Women can use the restroom inside while men will have a Porta Potty they can use outside. We ask that you refrain from going inside and socializing unless it is to get food and use the restroom. Thank you!

Please arrive as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. Immediately prior to 6:00 P.M., we will be taking wedding party photos on the property and completing the setup. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 P.M. Please do your best to arrive before this time. If you are late, please remain in your car until the ceremony is over due to videography taking place.

Please avoid wearing the colors that are traditionally meant for the bride: white, cream, ivory, etc. Thank you! Our colors are all shades of purple and light blue shades. Feel free to join in on the theme colors if you wish!

We ask that you do not take any pictures during the ceremony! We will be having a photographer and videographer that we will be capturing the whole ceremony. During the reception you can take as many pictures as you want. Just make sure you let the photographer and videographer do their job.

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be signature cocktail drinks on the Pavatio for guests to enjoy while we get the reception area set up. We will not be having any appetizers during this time since we will be eating dinner at 7:40. We recommend eating a little something before arriving to hold you over till dinner is served.

Since we are having a late evening wedding, we will be taking immediate family photos before the ceremony. During the reception, we will be taking a group photo of all the guests as well as candids. If any guest wishes to have an individual photo with the Bride and/or Groom, they can be taken during the reception. Our photographer would be glad to assist upon request!
