Travel Parking: The venue should help everyone find parking, there is more than enough. -if you are elderly or otherwise need help from the lot to the ceremony space there will be golf cart attendants in the lot to get you there. Rideshare options: Uber and Fetii travel to and from the venue even though it may seem out of the way! Common questions: Attire?Winter Semi-Formal. Refrain from wearing the color plum (if you don't want to match the bridesmaids) or jeans. Can I bring my children?While we love your children due to the adult nature of the event unfortunately, there will be no children under the age of 12. Do I have a plus one?Your plus one should be included when you go to RSVP if you believe your plus one is missing, please reach out! What is the RSVP deadline?The RSVP deadline is Oct. 20th. If things change after this date, please let us know right away! If the date passes and we have not heard from you will we mark your attendance as a no. What about the weather?Thankfully, both the ceremony and reception are indoors, so rain or shine, cold or warm, there can be less planning when it comes to your attire. The only outside portion of the wedding will be the cocktail hour, which should not last more than an hour. We cannot wait to see yall there! Before my senior year of high school, I (Gabby) needed someone to drive me around, so a friend used the opportunity to try to set me up with a boy from church who had been crushing on me. Not having interest in this boy, I accepted being driven and partnering with him at two-stepping events several times a weekend. One of these weekends, while country dancing with him, I spotted Brad. I instantly texted my friends to inform them that he was the most attractive man I'd ever seen, and that I would make him my boyfriend.Before this initial meeting, the boy who was excited about driving Gabby around and taking her two-stepping showed me (Brad) a picture of her, which piqued my interest and actually made me a little jealous that he would get to dance with this pretty Christian girl. On the first night we met, we were paired for one dance, but because I wanted to be respectful of my friend who liked Gabby, I did not speak to her. She thought she had blown her chance entirely, and I must've been dating the girl I brought (who was, of course, just a friend).Eventually, our high school friend group took a trip to a ranch, where, for four days, we flirted, unknowingly followed each other around, and tried to spend as much time together as possible. About a month later, we went on our first date, making things official in July 2022.From there, we've been inseparable ever since, through senior year, summers, appendicitis, and three very long but rewarding years of long-distance, during which we grew individually in our faith, friendships, and relationships with one another. We could not be more thankful for all of you who supported us through it all, and we are beyond excited to make our commitment to one another before God!
