HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope or in your family/party. Kindly RSVP before Wednesday May 15, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. **Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "declined" as we will be sending final head counts to our vendors shortly after this deadline. You will be missed!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. Example if your envelope lists "(Your Name) & Guest". For families, it will list "The (Last Name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Although we love your kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and wedding party. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If so, they WILL be listed in your family under 'RSVP'. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. We recommend ladies in dresses (any length suitable but please nothing your grandpa wouldn't approve of). Gentlemen in a suite and tie. No jeans please! We would love for you to follow our color palette of neutral colors, but it is not required. Bring your dancing shoes!!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be held in a covered pavilion but is located outdoors. The reception will be held in doors with easy access to outdoors.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Ceremony seating will be open, so please sit wherever you please. There is NO "Grooms Side/Bride Side", you are loved by both. However, please refrain from sitting in reserved family rows unless you are a family member. Reception seating is carefully picked by us so that our guests are sat with those that they know (or their plus one).

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will be starting at promptly 3:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 3-3:15pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception. Hang tight and we will see you then. Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. You will see the lot to the right when you pull in.

SINCE THERE WILL BE AN OPEN BAR, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

We & our venue DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving, even a little. You may either leave your vehicle overnight and/or use our transportation service provided. Please be aware that Lyft/Uber is not common in this area.

HOW DO I USE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE?

The shuttle service will pickup/drop off from both hotels (Comfort Inn Suites & Holiday Inn Express) to the venue. Shuttle timeline will be posted on the website once finalized.

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

YES! Drinks are on us, hangovers are on you ;) Drink in your hand, feet on the dance floor!!
