The gym was quiet in the early morning, with only a few determined souls lifting weights and running on treadmills. Among them was her, focused, driven, wearing sweats and an anime shirt. As she set down the dumbbells, he approached with a casual confidence, his eyes bright with curiosity.

"Hey, I like your shirt," he said with a warm smile. It was simple, genuine, the kind of compliment that catches you off guard.

A year passed, filled with quick hellos and shared smiles, until one day, he slid into her DMs and finally asked her out.

Over sushi, they laughed, she somehow convinced him to try frog legs, and the night ended with her dominating him in video games.
