Gabrielle and David first met in passing during the summer of 2019. Their first interaction was when David sent Gabrielle a direct message on Instagram stating, "You are gorgeous." To David's surprise, Gabrielle played hard to get and did not reply. A year later in December 2020 right before Christmas, the two reconnected and decided to take a shot at romance and went on a date. Turns out, they hit it off! Their first date was casual at The Front Porch in Leonardtown, MD. A week later, they had a second date at The Melting Pot in Annapolis, MD where David planned a thoughtful dinner with roses and chocolate-covered strawberries, which he knew were Gabrielle's favorite. When they arrived, he had them displayed at the table. Gabrielle says it was the most romantic date she had ever been on. That night she told her mother, "I think I’m going to marry him.”

As the following months progressed into 2021, the couple's love grew as they got to learn more about each other and their relationship was formed. They became crazy about each other. David and Gabrielle realized they had a lot in common. From their mutual love for water and the beach to their strong desires to be hard workers, they realized they were a match made in heaven and God's plan was always for them to be together, no matter what came their way.

In the Summer of 2021 for David's 26th birthday, the couple went to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA to celebrate. It was here that David told Gabrielle, "I love you," first while on a rollercoaster ride.

Gabrielle knew that David was everything she had hoped for in a future husband and he truly continued to amaze her every day. David always knew that he was going to marry Gabrielle.

David proposed to Gabrielle on the evening of December 26th, 2022 at The Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC. Gabrielle of course said YES!

The happy couple loves to spend evenings on the couch watching movies where most of the time it is reruns of Top Gun or Harry Potter. They are very loving dog parents to their pitbull, Jett Winters. When they are not cozy at home, they can be found on David's boat and having fun on the water. They love traveling, snowboarding together, working out, and trying new restaurants when Gabrielle isn't trying new recipes in the kitchen, and also adore spending time with their friends and family.
