Katy Trail Ice House- By far, this is one of our favorite spots to get a bite to eat! We recommend the frozen margarita and the cheeseburger.

Beto & Son- Not only does this place have good frozen margaritas, but they have liquid nitrogen margaritas, which is an experience to see!

Mesero- All types of margarita's with different tequila options!

A great museum for those interested in history and learning more about the JFK assassination that happened right here in Downtown, Dallas.

Katy Trail Ice House- The perfect laid back spot to enjoy a cold beer or margarita inside or outside. This dog friendly spot is located right off of the Katy Trail, which is one of our favorite places to walk!

Moxie's- All types of food, huge portions, and great drink options as well!

Pecan Lodge- For some good Texas barbecue, located in Deep Ellum.

Avila's- Featured on Diners Drive-in’s and Dives, Avila's is a great authentic Mexican restaurant with amazing enchiladas!

Sixty Vines- Great wine selection and delish pizza & pasta!

The Rustic- Enjoy great food and drinks with live music on the weekends at this fun spot. G's favorite is the banana pudding.

Whataburger and In&Out- When in Texas, these spots are a must.
