Where is the closest airport?
Jacksonville Airport (JAX) is the closest airport to Amelia Island. It is roughly a 30 minute drive from JAX to Fernandina Beach.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Our RSVP page will open after formal invitations are sent out. Let us know if you can make it by April 1, 2026. We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal. Suits and ties, long dresses, or elevated cocktail looks are welcome.
Can I bring a plus one?
Formal invitations will specify the number of guests allowed. Please reach out to us directly with any questions, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will there be transportation to the venue?
Trolleys will run between the Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia Island–Historic Harbor Front and the Amelia River Club before the ceremony, with return service to the hotel after the reception. The ride takes about 10 minutes. Parking is available at the venue for guests who prefer to drive. Please note that Uber and Lyft services may be limited on Amelia Island.
