We ask everyone RSVP by July 31st. After that, we will mark you as “Not Coming” and we will not be anticipating your presence. If you do not RSVP yes or you don’t RSVP by July 31st, please do not come to the wedding as we will not be expecting you.

If your invitation says "Your Name and Guest" we have accommodated for a plus one. We have included the guests of your invitation on our RSVP; only the names on the RSVP list are invited. Out of respect for us and our vendors, do not bring anyone not on the invite list.

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony to allow for the cleanest pictures provided by our photographer. However, before the ceremony and during the reception, we encourage photos of you and our venue to commemorate the day.

As much as we love your little ones, unless the invitation specifically lists the children's names or says "The *Blank* Family", kids will not be allowed to attend.

The dress code is semi-formal to formal. To get a full Churchill Downs experience, Derby-like or track-like attire is encouraged (yes, you can wear a hat or fascinator, ladies!) Please keep the colors bright and fun so we can fully bring out the beauty of our venue. Be as extra and colorful as you want (you too, gentlemen!)

We have provided a hotel that we will block rooms for under "Gannon/Mason wedding" under the Travel tab. If hotels aren't your thing, there are plenty of Air BnB's and other hotel accommodations around the city. Please contact our email : gannonandzorry@gmail.com

No, however there is ample parking at Churchill Downs if you will have your own vehicle. If not, there is no shortage of Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis to get you from place to place. For those who need handicap transportation, that will be provided at the venue. Wheelchairs and walkers are allowed inside the venue.
