Simply meant to be...
As neighbors, Ginny and Josh's friendship began in September of 2003 when Hurricane Isabel brought their paths together.
Over the following months their friendship grew into something more and by the end of 2003 they were inseparable. However, destiny had other plans for the two of them and in 2005 they went their separate ways.
Fast forward to 2019, Ginny was a single mom of 4 and Josh was a divorced dad of 1 when their paths crossed once again. Fourteen years later and, it was quite evident, the love they had for one another was still there. They decided to give their relationship another try and, as the days passed by, it was obvious - they were simply meant to be.
You may notice that Ginny wears 2 engagement rings. In 2022, she joked that if she wasn't engaged before December 13th (her 44th birthday), she was going to die an old maid. Josh decided that December 12th, the night before her 44th birthday, was the perfect date to propose. He chose a classic diamond ring and patiently awaited it's arrival. Unfortunately, the ring was lost in transit and on December 12th he was left with the proposal planned out...but no ring. He frantically ran to the jewelry store, purchased a temporary ring, and was able to grant Ginny's wish shortly before midnight on her 44th birthday.
On June 8th, they become a family of seven and they cannot wait to share that special moment with family and friends.
