Garrett and Alissa first met and bonded through their passion for health and wellness. Garrett is a Nutrition and Fitness Coach and Alissa is a Physical Therapist. Both have a desire to help others become the best version of themselves and live life to the fullest.

When they first met, Alissa was studying for her physical therapy licensing exam and Garrett was just the person she needed at the time. He supported her in her wellness goals and was there for her when she needed a breath of fresh air.

Garrett won Alissa's heart when he asked her on a date to watch the sunset at Atwater Park in Shorewood, WI. He brought Halo Top ice cream, two canvases and colored pencils. Of course the two had to make their first date a competition of who could draw the better sunset. Alissa drew the better sunset and Garrett drew the best Garfield she had ever seen.

The two have helped each other chase their dreams. Alissa has found a great job as a physical therapist and Garrett has become a full-time Nutrition and Fitness Coach. The two have also competed in a few bodybuilding shows together. They could not have done it without each other's support.

In January 2021, they welcomed their Australian Shepherd, Kylo, into their family. He's full of love and the best dog they could ask for.

They feel so blessed to have each other, their friends and family as they would not be where they are today without you. They are looking forward to celebrating our special day with everyone.
