Our Story

At the classiest bar in town known as the Trocadero, two unsuspecting singles met for the first time in May of 2018. Garrett was busy defeating all the locals at the shuffle board table per a usual Saturday night when something caught his eye other than his go-to Coors Light. Tanya had walked in with bff Breana Zamudio and not long after that a conversation ensued. Tanya, impressed with Garrett's good looks, charm, and wit stood about as much of a chance of leaving there single as the locals did that evening at winning at shuffle board. From there Tanya and Garrett started to date and never looked back. The newly formed couple hit it off immediately knowing that they had much in common. They are both active people, love to have a good time, and value friends and family more than anything in this world. After about a year and a half's worth of dating, Garrett chose to propose to Tanya at her annual Christmas party knowing how important family is to her. It was definitely a surprise but she of course said yes. Months later we have been counting the days for the big event and couldn't be more excited about the future to come.

WELCOME TO PLACER/SACRAMENTO COUNTY! For those of you traveling from out of the area and looking for things to do, here are some options:

The Fountains in Roseville - This is an outdoor shopping area with lots of different options. You can easily kill a couple of hours here and find some nice places to eat as well.

Downtown Sacramento - About 30 minutes away from Roseville is our biggest city in the area and our states capital. Lots of things to explore and definitely worth a visit if you find the time.

City of Auburn - Looking for a more laid back country feel for this trip? Head to the small town of Auburn to find various breweries and a more relaxed setting.

We have no plans to postpone our wedding unless Catta Verdera requires it. We would love all invited guests to attend our wedding, however we understand that some may not feel comfortable at this time. Thank you.

Regarding the Pandemic

DRESS CODE: CLASSY CASUAL Our vision for the wedding is that it will be a beautiful sunshiney day filled with rainbows and butterflies flying majestically throughout the event. We know that this may not necessarily be the case for the day until we get there but we hope to see attendees in a classy casual sort of attire (sun dresses, button ups, blazers, etc.). Nothing too formal will be expected of anyone other than the bridal party.
