When should we RSVP by?
To help us plan properly, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP no later than May 1, 2026. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate anyone who hasn’t responded by that date, your timely reply truly helps us make the day smooth and special for everyone!
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding please let us know as SOON as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What is the dress code?
We kindly request cocktail attire with a country-formal feel. Women are invited to wear cocktail dresses, and men are welcome to wear a blazer or sport coat styled with nice jeans and boots. We appreciate your help in setting the tone for our wedding celebration.
Will the ceremony be indoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Cocktail hour will take place both inside and outside — giving everyone a little more room to mingle, relax, and get comfortable before the celebration kicks off!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 in the evening. We kindly ask that you arrive between 5:00 and 5:20 PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled before we begin.
Can I bring a plus one?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, due to limited space, we are asking to save this space for close friends and family. Please reach out to us if you believe there was a mistake. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids allowed?
We love your little ones, however our ceremony and reception will be adults only. We are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and support as we plan our celebration.
Where are you registered?
Your presence is truly present enough, and we can’t wait to celebrate our love with you! If you feel so inclined to gift us, we are registered through Williams Sonoma, The Knot, and Amazon.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony — we’ve hired a professional photographer for a reason! We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. Our pastor will also announce that it’s an unplugged ceremony before we begin. Don’t worry, we’ll be sharing all the beautiful photos afterward!
Is parking available?
There’s plenty of parking available, so no worries there! But if you’re planning on having a great time (and maybe a few drinks), we recommend using a ride-share so we can ensure a fun and safe night!
Hotel Blocks
We’ve reserved room blocks at a few nearby hotels—please visit the Travel page and click the hotel links to view and book within our room blocks. If you have trouble or need help with reservations, email us at gk.meier26@gmail.com or call the hotel directly.
I have questions about the wedding the week/day of the wedding, who should I contact?
Literally anyone other than the bride or groom. Thanks!
