Our love story starts brewing (hehe) in July 2023! We both work for Kuppa Joy Coffee, and Garrett would often come visit the Grand Cafe and read his Bible, where I (Kamryn) worked at the time. After consistently ordering cortados from me and watching me pour tiny rosettas and tulips for him behind the bar, Garrett reached out and asked me to grab coffee with him. We sat down, and immediately felt safe and comfortable with one another. Intentional was the first word I felt about him; he was honest and open, and after that moment we fell more and more for each other every day.

We loved to go on walks, go thrifting, find really cool places to eat, and of course, have morning coffee together at Kuppa Joy. Our foundation on the Lord has made our relationship so much stronger, and we continue to grow in Christ and support each other along the way.

On Oct. 12, Garrett and I had a picnic where we had our very first date. We had the best sandwiches EVER (thanks Gare), then, after Garrett read me a letter about how he much he loved me, and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, he got on one knee and proposed! We cannot wait to get married and spend forever together :)
