Guests will be permitted to park in the Regions or First Baptist Church parking lots situated in proximity to the Caldwell Inn.

Feel free to join us at the Caldwell Inn for a cocktail hour while the bridal party gets their photos taken.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the Caldwell chapel and Inn. A designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke.

We will proceed with the wedding as planned, regardless of the weather conditions.

The deadline to RSVP is February 8th, 2026.

Please get in contact with the Bride to discuss. If you are bringing a child, should they become disruptive during the ceremony, we kindly ask you to step out.

During the ceremony, we kindly request that all mobile phones be silenced and stored away. The photography team will be responsible for capturing the photographs. Photography is permitted during the reception, but we kindly request that you exercise discretion in your online sharing. We do not permit photos of our child online.

We are not able to accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the invitation.

We’d love for our guests to join us in spring formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-length cocktail dress or dressy seperates would be ideal. Think polished and sophisticated , but more relaxed than a black-tie event. Spring colors and patterns are encouraged.
