Our Wedding

Once upon a time, in a high school marching band up on a hill, a witty percussionist named Garrett met a creative bass clarinet player named Taylor. During a spring break trip in 2015, a quiet spark flickered between them—subtle but real, as if their hearts recognized something their minds weren’t ready to name. But life and time had other plans, so a steady friendship formed instead. Over the years, their connection deepened. They wandered winding trails with friends, stayed up late playing games, and talked for hours about everything and nothing at all. With time, laughter, and countless shared memories, something long buried began to sprout. What once felt like friendship revealed itself for what it truly was—love, patiently waiting. And on a summer night in 2018, they found themselves drawn back to see their love for one another had blossomed into something truly beautiful. Since then, their story has unfolded like a fairytale painted across the world. They have stood breathless atop the summit of Pikes Peak in Colorado, swam beneath the enchanting glow of Jamaica’s bioluminescent waters, and were whisked away to New York City after winning a grand prize sweepstakes trip from Oreo. But their most magical moment came when they got engaged beneath a waterfall, with their two beloved dogs, Lilly and Rino, faithfully by their side. With every adventure, they’ve cherished the simple joy of sharing their lives together. Their love is like sunlight weaving through trees; it’s warm and effortless, casting a glow that feels like home. It’s a love rooted deeply in friendship, nurtured graciously by time, and flourished into a bond so strikingly unique and beautiful.As children, they each wished upon a sky full of stars, dreaming of a future they hoped would one day come true. Today, those dreams shine clearly in each other’s eyes. Their love shines with a rare and timeless brilliance—proof that some wishes are written in the stars, and that an invisible string has always bound their hearts together as one. Now, with the stars still twinkling above and surrounded by those they hold most dear, they turn to the next storybook of their fairytale. Stepping into their marriage, hand in hand, hearts entwined, and every wish fulfilled, they begin their next adventure together, living Happily Weber After.

Attire is Dressy Casual/Sunday's Best

With Fall color encouraged

Our dress code is dressy casual or Sunday’s best—something comfortable but still polished. We encourage everyone to wear fall-inspired colors to create wedding photos that feel warm, cozy, and timeless. We ask that neon colors be avoided, so everyone blends beautifully into the seasonal photos. This is only a request and there is no requirement for fall inspired colors. Fall-inspired colors include colors like: earthy shades, neutrals, and jewel tones. Jeans and hats are absolutely welcome! We just ask that any visible logos be family-friendly. The entire celebration will take place outdoors at Landa Park, so please plan accordingly. While there are paved sidewalks to everywhere in the park, much of the area is hard dirt pavement with loose gravel, so comfortable, sturdy shoes are encouraged—especially for those wearing heels. The weather in early November is typically mild, with average temperatures ranging from the low 60s (in the evening) to the upper 70s (during the day). We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, just in case the breeze picks up after sunset. We want everyone to feel like themselves, stay comfortable, and enjoy the cozy, festive fall atmosphere with us!

Bringing Little Guests

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our loved ones—big and small! If you’re planning to bring your kiddos, here are a few helpful things to know so everyone has the best time possible: Tempting Treats &amp; SweetsThere will be ice cream, cake, candy, and other desserts available during the evening, so sweet-tooth surprises may be hard to resist! Landa Park PlaygroundsSince our wedding is at Landa Park, there are many playgrounds throughout the park but one specifically nearby that is not part of our event. Little adventurers might be tempted to sneak off! Music &amp; DancingThe dance floor opens at 8 PM with fun family-friendly tunes. Starting around 9 PM, the music will become more adult-oriented with occasional explicit lyrics. Kid-Friendly Dinner OptionsWe’ve made sure our dinner menu has choices the kids will love—including pizza, burgers, and mac &amp; cheese! A Quieter SpaceOne of the pavilions (with 8 picnic tables/plenty of seats) will be set up as a quieter area, located farthest from the dance floor. We’ll do our best to limit sound there, so it’s a good option for families who may need a little break from the excitement and noise. There will be no assigned seats so the area will be available throughout the whole evening. A Kind NoteWe know every child is unique, and you know your little one best. If you think any of the above could lead to stress or tantrums (for them or you), we lovingly suggest considering whether a kid-free evening might be more enjoyable. We totally understand and support whatever decision works best for your family.

Our celebration will be in New Braunfels, just about 45 minutes from San Antonio. While it’s an easy drive for most, we’d love for everyone to be able to relax, celebrate fully, and get home safely! With that in mind, we’ve reserved two hotel blocks nearby with special rates for our guests. Whether you turn it into a little weekend getaway or just want the peace of mind of staying close, we’re so grateful you’ll be making the trip to be with us! The rooms will be held aside on behalf of the group until September 30th, 2025

Once the agent locates the group in their system, they will ask you which room type you would prefer and will then take your information along with a credit card to guarantee you the room. The hotel staff will also be able to answer any questions or requests you might have about your stay.
