Garrison and Lexie met in June of 2023. This meeting was no more than a group of mismatched friends coming together for a house party.. coincidently at the Clark’s house in Severna Park.

After that party, Garrison and Lexie only saw each other a handful of times before he moved to Pensacola, Florida in August for the first phase of flight school.

In October 2023, Lexie and her sister, Lily, headed to Pensacola to visit their good friend Megan. Once Lexie and Garrison saw each other again, they immediately gravitated towards one another. After three short days in Pensacola, Lexie traveled back to Annapolis still thinking about Garrison. Little did she know, Garrison was also still thinking about her.

Throughout the next couple weeks, they texted and called nonstop. When Garrison came back to Maryland for Christmas, they spent as much time together as they could. They went on their first date in Downtown Annapolis, watched movies, hung out with all their sisters, and became officially official!

The journey to the altar has been a fun one. Making the most of long distance, filling the year with frequent visits to one another, beach days, Bible studies, family time, and lots of love.
