When is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly RSVP by August 23rd so we can have an accurate headcount.
Can I bring a date?
We kindly ask that those only named on the invitations attend as we would like to keep this a small, intimate event.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:45pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to park (if driving) and to find your seat.
Is there transportation?
Yes! There will be a shuttle (school bus) that will pick up guests at 4:15pm at hotels entrance. There is limited number of spots so be prompt if you’d like a seat. The shuttle will also pick up guests from the venue at 12:00am (only one pick-up time) to transport back to hotels.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only event- so that everyone attending can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
If weather permits, the ceremony will take place outdoors in front of The Chapel. If the weather changes, the ceremony will take place inside The Chapel.
Is there parking on site?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue. You are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. All vehicles must leave the premises by 10:00am the following day.
Where will cocktail hour be held?
Cocktail hour will be held immediately after the ceremony beside The Chapel. Please enjoy some appetizers, drinks and lawn games while the couple takes photos.
Where will the reception be held?
The dinner, first dances and speeches will take place in The Barn @ 6:30pm.
Where’s the party?!
The dancing will be held in The Chapel. Due to sound restrictions we are not permitted to have music playing after 10:00pm in an open space (The Barn)
