Cancellations received before January 10, 2024 have no penalty. 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties applicable.

Cancellations on or after January 11, 2024 will incur $200 penalty. Between 90 to 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, full deposit is nonrefundable.

Cancellations on or after February 10, 2024 will incur 50% penalty. Between 60 to 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Cancellations on or after March 11, 2024 will incur 100% penalty. Between 30 to 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed
