In order to ensure we can give our wedding planner a correct number of guests attending for: hotel rooms, super jeeps, food, etc.. Please reserve by March 15th, 2025!

We are asking our guests to arrive into Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF Airport) by the 20th of July, that way we can ensure our Wedding planners can pick everyone up the afternoon of the 21st, to take us to our wedding destination hotel the night before our wedding.

YES and NO. You will want to book a hotel in Reykjavik the night of the 20th (just one night). Gavin and I will be staying downtown, as soon as we have our hotel, we will update here so our guests can book the same hotel if you like. The night before our wedding, our wedding planners will be taking us and our guests to a hotel 70km out of the city closer to our wedding ceremony. They have secured a block of hotel rooms for us and our guests, a payment link will be sent to our guests to secure their room. The day after our wedding, our planners will take us back to Reykjavik where you will want to book a hotel room for one more night, as we will not make it back in time on the 23rd to catch a flight out. Again Gavin and I will provide the hotel we will be staying at, if you would like to stay at the same hotel.

We will be providing a link to book your room at the Hotel Grimsborgir, in the Travel section of our website. The link will be available as soon as we receive it from our planner. Your room will need to be booked by April 1st to ensure a spot! If you would like the option of saving some money and booking one of the houses to share with other guests, please reach out to us. We want to ensure that all of our guests can attend and want to alleviate any issues of affording to attend.

We are getting married, an hour an half outside of Reykjavik at a private waterfall (so we don't have to worry about tourists). This is why we are asking our guests to be in Iceland by the 20th as, our planners will be taking us closer to the ceremony location the night before our wedding.
