How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by January 1st, 2026. you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Joreliz as soon as you are aware.
Can I bring a date or a plus one?
Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Is this a kid friendly wedding?
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us. If prior arrangements can't be made, we will have a game room set up please just let us know.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal. Ladies you can wear floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white.
Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: Whites, Ivories, and creams.
What time should I arrive?
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier to sign the guest book, grab a drink and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like?
How can I contribute to your honeymoon/wedding/ or house fund?
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our funds, we have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
Will there be a bar?
Yes! There will be a open bar. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartender!
Where should we stay?
Our venue is in Placerville, CA. We are working on a hotel block.
