What is the dress code? / ¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up for our special day! The dress code is semi-formal to formal. Ladies, bring your nicest cocktail dress while refraining from wearing white, ivory, and beige. Gentlemen, wear your nicest boots and cowboy hat if you got 'em.

Can I bring a plus one? / ¿Puedo llevar a alguien más?
As much as we would like to celebrate with everyone, we would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accounted for.

What time should I arrive? / ¿A qué hora debo llegar?
We would love to see all of our guests be there for all our special moments. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to the ceremony and reception to find the best parking and seating.

When should I RSVP by? / ¿Para cuándo tengo que confirmar mi asistencia?
You are welcome to RSVP as soon as possible. The cut-off date to RSVP is September 28th, 2025. If you are unable to RSVP in time, we will assume you will not be able to attend and will not accommodate seating for you.
Son bienvenidos a confirmar su asistencia lo antes posible. La fecha límite para confirmar es el 28 de septiembre de 2025. En caso de no recibir su confirmación de asistencia antes de la fecha límite, entenderemos que no podrán acompañarnos y no podremos garantizarles un asiento.
Will there be an open bar? / ¿Tendremos barra libre?
Yes and no....we will have an open bar for two hours, and two kegs of beer for our guests to enjoy. After the two hours of open bar, the bars will stay but will be cash only for the remainder of the night.
Tendremos algo parecido... habrá barra libre por dos horas, además de dos barriles de cerveza para que disfruten nuestros invitados. Después de esas dos horas, las barras permanecerán abiertas, pero solo se podrá pagar en efectivo durante el resto de la noche.
Can I take my own alcoholic beverages? /¿Se permite llevar mis propias bebidas alcohólicas?
No. The venue does not allow outside alcoholic beverages. However, any and all alcohol is allowed in the on-site hotel rooms.

Will it be outdoors or indoors? / ¿Será afuera o adentro?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
