We've found some hotel options that have been posted under the "Travel" section. We also strongly recommend taking a look at Air BnB and Vrbo because there are some very cool rentals in the area!

Yes! There are a bunch of super cool wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the area. One of our favorites is Devil's Backbone. There's also a lot of wonderful hiking in the area. If you're willing to drive a little bit, Staunton VA has some interesting historic sites, and Charlottesville is only ~30 minutes away. If you've always wanted to visit Monticello or UVA, this might be your chance!

We would suggest the Charlottesville airport (about 30 minutes away)! If you don't like that, the Richmond and DC airports are about the same distance from the venue (about 2 hours).

Yes! There's a lot of berry picking, hiking, and other outdoor activities nearby. In Charlottesville there's a pretty large children's museum. If you're willing to travel a little further away, Mike and I would definitely suggest checking out things like the Luray Caverns, the natural bridge, or even Colonial Williamsburg.

Cocktail Attire! We do recommend that everyone check the weather, it can get pretty warm in VA in the summer. We also want to warn everyone that the wedding is on grass, so pick your shoes acordingly!
