Our love story began in Rosarito, in a very unexpected place - PAPAS & BEER! We were in Rosarito having a holiday weekend getaway with our group of friends.

After meeting at the bar - some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth when Omar asked Genesis to dance and she declined. Omar left but did not give up and towards the end of the night he returned and asked Genesis, once again, for a dance and she finally said yes. They exchanged phone numbers and went on their first date a few weeks later, and after discovering a mutual love of travel, friends & family, good food and late-night partying, the rest is history!

4 years worth of memories later and we’ve traveled to Spain, Mexico, NYC, Hawaii and Japan, moved into our own apartment and introduced a furry pup to our family. A few months ago Omar finally popped the question during a crazy pandemic, and Genesis said yes. We can’t wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!
