Dane and Gen first met in 2019 where they were both working together for the fire department. Immediately they became good friends over their shared passion for reading fantasy book series such as Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings, and many more.

In 2021 May 15th, they began dating. Together over the last three years they have grown to share many other hobbies such as traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and skiing/snowboarding.

May 15th, 2024 on their third-year anniversary, Dane proposed to Gen and she said "YES!". They are very excited to begin a life together as a married couple and look forward to seeing you at their wedding to celebrate alongside them.
