Brian and I met in high school, and by met I mean I stared at him from across the child development classroom, knowing I had no chance with the Brian Wright. He was a year older and Mr. Personality, out going, an athlete, and the life of the party. Me, I went to the same school and wore silver eyeshadow, do the math. Fast forward ten years, insert covid and online dating. I finally took the plunge and joined Bumble. Let's just say I was ready to give up and be the drunk aunt, until the Brian Wright came across my screen, and I swiped left...yes left. My nerves got the best of me, and I panicked...shocker. Jokes on me because thankfully, God made sure Brian came across my screen again and I swiped Wright...get it... okay carrying on. I swiped right truly not knowing what the outcome would be, however, the outcome was more than I could have hoped for and we matched. From that day forward, I knew I had met my best friend, my soul mate, and my forever.
