Q + A

WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by March 25, 2025 using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will not be able to accommodate late RSVP's. We understand that plans change so if you RSVP and can no longer attend please make sure to let us know right away! This will allow us to update our guest count accordingly with our venue and vendors.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT?

If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending"

CAN I BRING A GUEST / DATE?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Names of invited guest will be listed under your name on our RSVP list. Uninvited guest who show up will not be allowed in. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the kids who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! To guest's who choose to bring kids we ask that you keep your eyes on them at all times. As much as we would love to include all the kids we unfortunately want to limit the amount present and therefore apologize to the ones who were not invited.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin at 4PM so we ask that all guest start arriving at the venue at 3:30PM. Our venue is in Downtown Seattle so we'd advise to plan ahead for any traffic interruptions as well as giving yourself enough time to find parking. Street parking is free on Sunday's and there are a few self pay garages in the area but it is a holiday weekend and could possibly be busy. Please pay attention to non parking zones as we would like to avoid for anyone's vehicle to get towed. We do encourage using lyft/uber if able! If you arrive past 4pm you will be asked to wait until after the ceremony is complete to enter.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please do not show up in jeans, shorts, tank tops, sandals and sneakers. If you'd like to participate in our color theme we ask that guest's wear black, shades of olive or brown. Ladies, we ask that you refrain from wearing white, nude shades, white dresses with floral and falling glitter. For Men no Barong's or shades of tan/Ivory.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put on silent and away. We want everyone to be fully present during our special moment and have hired the best photographer and videographer team to capture the day for us. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Mixed drinks, seltzers, wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages will be available. So we hope you're all ready to party and come with your best dancing shoes on! For this reason we do encourage you to use lyft/uber to and from the venue. There are also a few hotels nearby if you're wanting to stay in Seattle overnight. As much as we want everyone to enjoy this night we also want to ask that you all drink responsibly!

THE MEANING BEHIND FILIPINO MONEY DANCE?

This tradition represents the financial abundance of the happy couple and helps build a strong financial future together. So please feel free to bring some cash to pin on us!

IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Our wedding will take place in a historical landmark in pioneer square! You get the outside feel with all the greenery but with the security of being indoors. If the weather permits and we're lucky enough to get sunshine there is a retractable roof!

Do we have a wedding registry ?

We would like to mention that your presence at our wedding is just enough for us! But if you'd like to contribute to a wedding gift we have created a Honeymoon/Baby fund account. Please refer to our Honeymoon registry tab!
