Plan to arrive about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

The ceremony will be entirely outdoors located behind the main building of The Island House with a beautiful view of the water front. Cocktail hour will be in the back of the house as well on the grass/patio area with access to the large tent of which the reception will be under. The tent will not be fully closed however, so please dress appropriately for April weather in South Carolina. (Day temperatures are in the 64°F to 75°F range, while nights average 42°F to 55°F)

The venue address is 2658 Swygert Blvd, Johns Island, SC, 29455. There will be ample amounts of parking available. We do not intend on setting up nor reserving group transportation so plan accordingly.

Yes! Kids of all ages are more then welcome and we would love to share this special day with everyone! We would like to note that there will be an open bar with licensed bartenders.

We prefer that the ceremony remains "unplugged" we will have professional photographers there to take plenty of photos of which we will share later. Feel free to take photos of your own during the reception after the ceremony.

Yes, you may. If you do not want to bring your gift to the wedding you may also mail it or bring it directly to our house in Summerville, SC while in the area for the wedding!

The reception will end around 8:45 and there will be fire at our house following the reception for the bridal party and immediate family members if they are interested.
