Parking
Parking for personal vehicles may be difficult to secure. However, there are a handful of metered parking spots and some fairly large parking lots for a fee available along the Embarcadero.
Public Transportation
We highly encourage taking Bart or Muni to Coqueta to avoid parking!
-Take Bart to the Embarcadero & Washington St stop. That will drop you off a couple blocks from Coqueta
-Take Muni to the Clay St. & Drumm St. stop. That will drop you off .3 miles or a 7 min walk from Coqueta
Rideshare
Uber + Lyft are great options to navigate around the city quickly. Wham bam thank you ma'am.
Berkeley is just outside the city and a quick Bart or Uber ride to Coqueta. Check out campus and hike the Berkeley hills in your downtime. Whatever you do, don't forget about Top Dog.
Nob Hill is a great neighborhood and a quick drive away from the Embarcadero. George lived in the best apartment in the city with Nick, Marsh and Ian for 3 years post college. An added bonus is that you can crush a cable car to and from the wedding if you stay here.
North Beach is close to the Embarcadero and houses our favorite bakery in the city (Victoria Pastry). Go grab a blackberry scone and head to Fort Mason to walk along the marina.
Pretty much the same as Nob Hill but nicer.
Pac Heights is West of the Embarcadero where you can find Carli's favorite park (Alta Plaza) and grocery store (Bi-Rite) in the city. Go grab a blanket, snag some bites, and have yourself a day!
