- The Wedding Ceremony begins at 3pm so please arrive between 2-2:30pm and be in your seats in the garden no later than 2:55pm

- Cocktail Hour begins at 4pm

- Dinner will be served around 6pm

- Speeches and Toasts will take place around 7pm

- Dessert will be available around 7:30

- Followed by dancing/drinking/socializing until 10pm

- ALL guests are welcome and encouraged to please join us back at the Notch House for a catered brunch that will be served from 9:30am until 10:30am

- Food will NOT be served after 10:30 but guests are willing to stay and hang out until Noon

Thank you so much for joining us for our very special events, we are so excited to see you all and so grateful for everyone who made this possible and is taking the time to join us and celebrate with us!

Parking Info:

We will get some Red balloons to attach to the entrance sign for the venue to make it more clear so look for those!

Venue staff will direct the cars to parallel park along the driveway towards the woods (south side), and then have others back on the opposite side.

Approx. 30-35 vehicles fit here.

If needed the public parking is right next to the Notch House and can be used, however there is no overnight parking.

If lost/confused please feel free to contact one of us!

Info on Trash//Recycling//Compost for day of:

Please NOTE, per Vermont State Law, all garbage, recycling and food needs to be seperated. The dumpsters are labeled, FYI the dumpster closest to the road is for garbage and the one behind it is for recycling. Be sure your caterer knows to compost all food scraps and take them with them. If the disposal company fines The Notch House due to food in the garbage or the garbage and recycling not seperated, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Please note that every room and every bedroom/bathroom has a trash can. as well every cabin, bathhouse, apartment and carriage house has a trash can. Trash and recycling are required to be emptied at check out.
