Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa
Guests will be staying at Coconut Bay Resort & Spa. All are welcome to locate alternative accommodations off property as preferred. Please alert the bride and groom if alternative accommodations are made, to ensure a guest pass is secured for the wedding day.
A travel agent is available for guests to book their stays and flights directly with Coconut Bay staff Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-4pm using the number listed above. There is no room block reservation for the group. However, please feel free to explore external agencies to book your room and flights, as other travel sites may offer better rates.
Your length of stay and preferred travel dates are completely optional based on your own personal schedule and availability.

Coconut Bay has two separate accommodations on the property, Harmony suites and Splash. Due to the Harmony wing being reserved for adults only, please ensure you book a room in the Splash wing if you are traveling with guests under the age of 18. Both accommodations have full access to amenities and are connected on the property.
Coconut Bay Resort & Spa is an all inclusive accommodation. Included in your stay you will have complimentary access to the property’s 8 restaurants, 7 bars, fitness center, complimentary WiFi, one mile of private beach, lazy river, water park and 5 pools. All food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are included in the cost of your stay.
