WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony will be held at The Event on Sunnybrook in their outside pavilion (weather permitting). Golf carts will be available to transport guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location. Cocktail hour will immediately follow on their outside patio (weather permitting). Reception will be held in the Event Center which opens out onto the outside patio.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Music will be starting at 3:30 p.m. with the ceremony starting at 4. Please arrive around 3:30 p.m. to ensure proper seating times to not disrupt ceremony timing. If you are late, we kindly ask you to keep out of view/isle way for photography purposes.
HOW TO RSVP?
Please refer to the tab above in the website header labeled "RSVP" and follow the prompts. You can RSVP at any time until July 6th.
WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
If you do not RSVP by July 6th, 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space/budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We ask for all guests to be in cocktail attire. We kindly ask NO jeans please!
ARE KIDS INVITED?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FROM HOTEL TO VENUE?
A shuttle service for guests attending the event will be provided following the schedule below:
Hotel to Venue:
- Shuttle departing at 2:45 pm
- Shuttle departing at 3:00 pm
* The hotel will try to accommodate early arrivals and will provide a room early IF clean room is available.
Venue to Hotel:
- Shuttle departing at 9:45 pm
- Shuttle departing at 10:00 pm
- Shuttle departing at 10:30 pm
The shuttle can hold a max of 9 guests and will be on a first-come-first-serve-basis
