You are permitted to extend your stay two day prior (5/28 or 5/29/25) to two days after (6/2 or 6/3/2025) the designated room block. However, this is based on availability, so we cannot guarantee your extended stay.

The Resort or Destination fee:
The fee for guest rooms is $20.00 (per room per day plus applicable tax) and provides for an
enhanced stay experience for guests, which currently includes: Bicycle Rentals 8am – 6pm, Tennis courts with
racquet and ball rental, Pickle ball courts with racquet and ball rental, Basketball courts with basketball rental,
Premium Internet, two pools with hotel activities, Fishing Kits, Beach Kits, Grass Games, Board Games, Sunscreen,
Two complimentary bottles of water daily, 24/7 Fitness Center Access w/sauna, Nightly Fire Pit, Kids eat free 12 and
under with adult purchase for breakfast. Any additional mandatory fees applied to guest rooms will be detailed at the
time of booking.
