Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm to be seated before the ceremony begins.

The ceremony and reception will be held at Franciscan Gardens, 31815 Camino Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675.

Due to a local noise ordinance, our celebration will end promptly at 10:00pm. Be sure to soak up every minute on the dance floor before then! If there is an after-party, the information will be listed on this site closer to the big day.

Cocktail attire is requested. Think semi-formal: suits (tie-optional), dress pants with a button down, jumpsuits, dresses, or dressy separates. Dressy but comfortable - you’ll be on the dance floor!

We’d love to celebrate with all our favorite people! If a guest or child is invited, their name(s) will be listed on your invitation. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo and enjoy a night out with us.

The watercolor drawing on our invite is of the historic Mission San Jan Capistrano. It is the town’s landmark and we suggest you stop by for a visit. For more information, look under “Things to do (San Juan Capistrano)”.

October in Southern California is usually warm and sunny, with temperatures in the 70s during the day and cooler in the evenings. Bring a light jacket just in case.

As much as we love your enthusiasm… no open mic night here! We’ve pre-selected a few special toasts, so sit back, relax, and save the karaoke for the after-party.

We haven’t reserved a hotel block, but we’ve listed several nearby options under “Hotels and Airports” on our website. Most are within walking distance of the venue.

Since most hotels are walkable to the venue, we will not be providing transportation. If you’re staying farther away, we recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.

Yes! There is a parking garage conveniently located right next to the venue for those who plan to drive.

You better believe it! We’ll have cocktails, appetizers, dinner, desserts, an open bar, and even late night food.

Yes! We’d love for you to share your memories with us. A QR Code will be available on tables at the reception so guests can easily upload photos to share with each other and with us.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras are tucked away so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry - our officiant will make a brief announcement inviting guests to take a photo at a specific time during the ceremony, so you’ll still have a moment to capture the scene without disrupting the experience.
