Embarkation Process:
We ask for all GUESTS Sailing/ Non-sailing to be at the Pier before 9:30 AM to begin the Check- in process, once the shipped has cleared, we will be able to Priority board before all other cruising passengers.
NON-SAILING GUEST: All non-sailing guests are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. The bride and groom submitted a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth. You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with
Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Non-sailing guests are
welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guests must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to redeem your ID in ship's terminal.
SAILING GUEST: All sailing guests (except the bride and groom) should be completely
dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Time permitting, sailing guests may have an opportunity to go to their stateroom, however, the cabin may not be ready. Only the bride and groom’s cabin is guaranteed to be ready. The bride and groom may
carry on a garment bag in addition to a carry-on bag. Only one hand-carry-on bag will be
permitted for sailing guests and must fit through the security machine. Luggage not to exceed
24”w x 16”h. All other bags must be checked with the Porters. Please ensure that you have everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception. Please ensure that all ticket documents have been completed prior to arrival at
the pier to expedite check-in and have proper boarding documents available. Once onboard, you may go to your stateroom. If you lose your way, any Carnival Cruise Lines staff member may direct you.
