Ceremony

Derek and Gillian married in a private ceremony in the mountains on October 11, 2025. The couple along with our parents (Julie Falcon, Tom Audley, &amp; Larry and Marilyn Leamer) would be honored for you to join us for food, friendship and dancing to celebrate our love in our hometown.

Our Wedding

We both share a love of music and that is how our story began by performing in many high school ensembles together. We began dating our senior year in high school and we continued our story by attending K-State. Musical performing continued in the KSUMB and other ensembles while pursuing our Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering. Life was full with studies, band adventures, research, internships and friendships. To challenge ourselves further, we both pursued and obtained Master's degrees; Derek at K-State (2023) and Gillian at Washington State (2024). Derek proposed in Washington in August of 2022. The love of hiking and exploring blossomed in the beautiful state of Washington. Present day we are both gainfully employed as Engineers and are finding out about home ownership.
