We will be hosting a large whitewater raft trip for the whole group- anyone who is interested, these are class 3 and 4 rapids. NOLICHUCKY GORGE RAFTING QUICK FACTS River: Nolichucky River Location: Erwin, TN River Rating: Class I-IV Duration: 4 hours Minimum Age: 10+ Price:$83 per person (less if we have more than 26 peeps) The headwaters and tributaries of the amazing Nolichucky River begin on the slopes of Mt. Mitchell, the highest mountain on the entire east coast. From there the Nolichucky rushes along the border of North Carolina and Tennessee through a gorge rimmed with beautiful cliffs and flowery rhododendron. An experienced river guide in every raft. Our guides carry all required safety certifications. Safety is our highest concern. You will arrive at our outpost 30 minutes prior to your scheduled trip time, all guests are required to sign a waiver, pre-trip safety talk, fitted with PFD, helmet and paddle, short bus ride to the put-in. No experience required. Recommended for healthy active people. Please check with your physician if you have health concerns. You will end your river trip back at the resort. Our facility offers hot showers and changing rooms for those staying offsite.

A group of great musicians will be on the river stage playing tunes all evening. You gotta get up to get down- luckily the stage is a mere steps from dinner.

we are thrilled to host family and friends on a beloved river. Dinner will be buffet, seating is outdoor and very campground esque- think picnic tables and camping chairs. A few speeches may be made, and there will be light dinner music to accompany this festive celebration!
