Promo code, your guests can book by:

• Calling us on 516-629-7537 – just mention Dixon wedding when they call. Please have flight details, addresses and credit card details. We will not charge the credit card until each trip is complete.
• Emailing us at goldcoast@gctli.com – just mention Dixon wedding in the email. Please supply flight details and addresses. Assuming they don’t want to send credit card details electronically, they will have to call our office before they travel with the credit card details.
• Booking online at https://www.goldcoasttransportation.com/
  • On the website, click on “Book Now” tab in the upper right
  • Step 1: Ride Info
    • Select Service type, Pickup date, pickup time (use landing time for airport pickups), drop off details, select number of passengers and luggage count
    • Click “Select Vehicle”.
  • Step 2: Select vehicle
    • Click “Book” for either Sedan or SUV
  • Step 3: Final details
    • Fill in details and Click “Continue as Guest”
    • On the left side of the screen type in “Dixon wedding” in the “Additional information” comments space. (Do not enter in the Promo code box on the right – it won’t work)
    • On the right side of the screen, enter flight info, and choose curbside or inside from the “meeting option” dropdown. There is no charge for curbside pickup. Inside pickups at baggage claim are an additional $15
    • Choose Yes or No for return service back to the airport. If yes, enter flight details and select vehicle
  • Enter payment details. Guests will be prompted to enter their credit card details (leave promo code blank)
  • Click “Book Now”

We will then apply the 15% in the office and send the confirmations via email.

All of your guests will receive final confirmation emails 24 hours before their respective pickups. Additionally, they will receive automated text messages with their driver’s name and mobile phone number, 12 hours before the scheduled pickups. The driver will text upon landing and direct them to where he’s waiting outside. In the case of inside pickups, the driver will meet them at baggage claim with a signboard with their name. Gratuities are at each passengers discretion only if they receive excellent service.
