Where to begin with our story!

Colby and I first met back in my Freshman year at UW Stevens Point. We were friends with his fraternity brother Andres (Smokey) and ended up on the same dodgeball team through Smokey. We both thought each other was cute however we were seeing other people at the time so we just chatted here and there.

Fast forward a couple of years to both being single and seeing each other on dating sites, I would see him and swipe no, and he would see me and swipe yes! I was always too nervous that he wouldn't remember me however I remembered him and thought that would be weird!

Fast forward again to Fall of 2020 and I had moved back to Wisconsin from Minnesota. I got back on the dating website to try to meet people in the area. Well low and behold Colby showed up and I finally said "What the heck, why not". I swiped yes and we matched right away. Now I had to come up with something to say as I had to be the one to start the conversation. Want to know what my wonderful pick-up line was... "Hey Colby, how's it going?" Clearly it worked as we are here now getting ready to be married!!

Over the last 3 years, we have moved from Stevens Point to Wausau, we have gotten another cat (Boomer), got engaged, and been on many fun trips with family!
