There are many ways to get from the airport in Madrid to Toledo: 1) El Cigarral de Las Mercedes has private transport services to pick people up from the airport. It's $195 for a maximum of 8 people one way. 2) Individuals can rent cars at the Madrid airport. The venue is ~45 minutes from the airport and there is parking at the hotel venue as well as the other hotels and Airbnbs in Toledo 3) There is a high-speed train from Madrid to Toledo that costs $15 and takes ~25 minutes to the center of Toledo. From the center of Toledo you can call for a hotel service pick-up or a Radio Taxi (see Travel tab). Most hotels offer a shuttle service for a small fee. Toledo is relatively small so the time should be no longer than 10 minutes to reach wherever you decide to stay.

The ceremony starts a 6:30pm followed by a cocktail hour from 7pm-8pm. The dinner is a four course dinner that is served from 8pm-10pm followed by dancing until 1 am.

Yes. On August 27 Gina and John will be hosting a welcome party at El Cigarral de Las Mercedes for all their guests. The welcome party will be catered with food and drink and will start at 6:30pm. The welcome party attire is casual cocktail
