We have a hotel block reserved at the *blank* hotel! The reservation needs to be made by *date* to receive the discount.

We will provide transportation from the hotel to the church and back! The bus will depart from the hotel at x time and will bring you back to the hotel after the ceremony! Keep in mind the hotel and church are x amount of time away from one another. If you would prefer, you can drive to Chicago on your own- see parking for church question.

There is paid street parking all around the church. There is also a parking garage at *address* that costs $$. We would suggest leaving earlier than expected due to traffic and possible issues finding parking if you choose to drive on your own!

We encourage you to rest and relax! Grab some friends if you would like and grab a bite to eat or go out for a drink! If you are planning on driving to the city for the ceremony, feel free to stay in the city a bit longer and explore or make a reservation somewhere for a quick bite. If you go back to the hotel there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Please see “things to do” tab!

Unfortunately we have a limited amount of space for children. Although we have extended the invite to some families, please be sure to check your invite to confirm how many seats we have allotted for you and your family. With that being said, we do ask that you supervise your children and respect special moments of the reception such as the first dance. Remember we want you to have an enjoyable night and if you can do that with kids that is great but if not grab a sitter for the kids and come out to enjoy yourself!

There is plenty of parking at the reception venue but if you are staying at the hotel there is a shuttle that can bring you to and from the reception and hotel! The shuttle runs between the hours of x.

Dinner will be served around 8. We will have a few hours douvres during the cocktail hour. Please be prepared and if you need to eat before the reception please do so!

We ask that you dress in black-tie attire! If you would like to bring an extra pair of shoes to change into for dancing you are more than welcome to!

We kindly ask that during the church ceremony everyone turns their phone off or places them on silent and does not use them. After the ceremony and during the reception please feel free to use your phone and take as many photos and videos as you like!

Unfortunately we do not have a gift registry for the wedding. We will have an envelope box at the reception for gifts.
