We started off as simple co-workers at Domino's Pizza. We had no interest in one another beyond friendship—or so we thought. But slowly, the flirting began. Giselle would write notes in Isaac's food boxes, leave messages in his car, and insist on giving him hugs. Isaac would teach Giselle how to throw a solid punch, though he soon began to regret that.
One day, Giselle's mom sent her a Facebook post about a convicted felon on the loose. Naturally, Giselle asked Isaac to walk her to her car after work. This quickly turned into him sitting in her car, and they talked for hours. It became a daily routine, and they would tell their parents, “Oh, sorry, I ended up working late!” They soon realized they were developing feelings for each other and would hang out "secretly," even though everyone knew. Isaac asked Giselle out three different times, and each time she rejected him. However, after much persuasion, Giselle changed her plans of not dating anyone because she was leaving to play college soccer in July. So, on February 10th, the two became official.
On July 27th, 2023, Giselle left for Centralia, Washington, to play soccer but soon decided it wasn't for her and moved back on June 17th of the following year. On August 30th, Isaac popped the question, and here we are now!
