When should I get there?
Our ceremony and reception are in the afternoon, Sunday March 15. We recommend arriving Saturday March 14 to avoid travel delays. If you are in the wedding party please arrive Friday March 13.
What should I wear?
We are requesting our guests to wear cocktail attire. Think colorful, floral, and breezy - we are at the beach!
Our ceremony is not in the sand so no need to worry about shoes or clothing getting sandy.
Do I get a plus one?
Other guests, or plus ones, will be communicated individually and will be visible on your RSVP page. You know if you have one!
What food will be served?
We will have a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony with a variety of hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served buffet style with multiple entree and side selections.
What events are happening wedding weekend?
We are planning on going out in the Pensacola area with anyone who wants to join us. Friday night we are going to Flora-Bama bar. Saturday night we will be going out in downtown Pensacola. Ask Grace or Thomas for details, we would love to celebrate with you!!
What do we really want on our registry?
We have selected items we are excited to use, and some upgrades to our current household items. We are grateful for any gift or contribution you choose to make. Additionally, if you see that something is out of stock that you wanted to purchase, feel free to purchase the item elsewhere and let us know so we can get you shipping information.
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm to account for any unexpected delays. It is approximately 30 minutes to drive from downtown Pensacola to Pensacola Beach.
What time is the reception?
Cocktail hour and reception are also at the Hilton, immediately following the ceremony. Simply head upstairs! Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be available at 4:30, with dinner served at 5:15.
