How do I RSVP?
Simply scan the QR code on your invitation, and it will take you to our wedding website. From there, you can RSVP and select your meal preferences. If you do not RSVP, you will be marked as not attending and will not be on our dinner list, but we will be happy to celebrate with you at a later date!
What should I wear?
Our wedding is formal or black-tie optional. Gentlemen, please wear suits or tuxedos, and ladies, we kindly ask for nice, floor-length dresses. This is a formal event, so attire should reflect the occasion. Please avoid casual or church-style clothing.
Are we allowed to take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from pulling out your phone. Don't worry though! We will be more than happy to share our wedding pictures with you!
Are children allowed?
We love children! If your little ones are listed on the invitation and have an RSVP, they are welcome to join us. If not, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare so we can celebrate with you worry-free.
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus ones are welcome if they are listed on your invitation. If not, we hope you’ll still join us and enjoy the day solo!
Can I bring my own food or drinks to the wedding?
Outside food, drinks, alcohol, or marijuana are strictly prohibited on the premises. The venue enforces this policy, and any violations will result in immediate removal from the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 5:00 or 5:15 to ensure you’re comfortably seated and ready to celebrate.
Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony will take place outdoors at the wedding venue, so there’s no need to travel between locations throughout the day.
What weather should I expect?
Early August tends to be warm, so plan for hot weather. In case of extreme heat or rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors for everyone’s comfort.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
No! We have not reserved a block of rooms, but we will include a selection of recommended local hotels for anyone who would like to stay at one!
Is there available parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site. We’ll also have a golf cart shuttle to help guests get to the venue comfortably.
What is the wedding venue like?
Our wedding will be at the Stone House of St. Charles, a charming and historic venue with incredible amenities. From the beautifully restored 200-year-old stone house to the soaring ceilings of the Grand Hall, it offers a variety of scenic spaces for every part of our special day.
Will food be served?
Absolutely! We’ll start with a cocktail hour featuring appetizers, followed by a sit-down dinner. You choose from chicken, fish, or vegetarian options when you RSVP.
What time does the reception begin?
Dinner will be served promptly after the Bridal Party entrance at 7:00 PM
Where are you registered?
We’re registered on Amazon, and you can find our registry on the wedding website. If you’d prefer to gift money for our honeymoon or other needs, that would also be greatly appreciated.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible and spacious, with ramps to ensure everyone can navigate comfortably.
